Contest4U, Jain Marketplace, or other apps (Collectively called the
App) from ForAchiever Inc. on Google Play Store or iOS App Store,
you are herein consenting to the following data procedures expressed
within this agreement.
Collection of Information
This application collects various types of information, such as:
• Voluntarily provided information which may include your personal
details (e.g. name, contact details including email address, photos
required to avail any product or services, profile picture) which may
be used when you use our services and to deliver the services you
have requested.
• Opinions provided by you to us by way of feedback or responses to
surveys.
• Information obtained from your mobile device by way of using our
app like device location, communication information including
contacts and call logs, device information (including storage, model,
mobile network) ·Information automatically collected through this
application, which may include, google analytics and server logs.
Please rest assured that this application shall only collect personal
information that you knowingly and willingly provide by filling sign-
up page and emails. This application intends to use personal
information only for the purpose for which it was requested, and any
additional uses specifically provided on these applications.
For Achiever Inc. may also have the occasion to collect anonymous

Our application does contain links to its affiliates and other
applications/websites. For Achiever Inc. does not claim nor accept

other such applications/websites. Therefore, we encourage all users
and visitors to be aware when they leave our application/website and
to read the privacy statements of each and every application/website
that collects personally identifiable information. The Privacy Policy
Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our

ANDROID APP PERMISSIONS REQUIRED TO USE VARIOUS
FEATURES IN OUR APP
In order to have a better experience and to use all features in the app,
we need the below permissions to be used in our android app:
• Account Identity & Contacts: We use it to enable you to do
connect using a google account. This feature enables you to easily
share referrals to your saved Contacts. We do not save any of user's
contact details.
• Location: To provide location-specific functionality like restaurants
or outlets near you.
• SMS: We need to send and receive SMS permission, to read your
SMS and auto-populate the One-Time password received on your
mobile number for authentication of payments while making a
transaction.
• Call Phone: We require access to make phone calls through the app.
You can call us or call any host or contact resources. directly through
the app.
• Camera: To scan QR Code and / or any other codes, vouchers, etc.
on the App.
• Gallery: To use, access, and upload photos or videos or selfies as
rating/ feedback/ participation/ testimonial, etc.
• Phone State: This permission is used to detect your Android ID
using which we uniquely identify every user and map user-related
activities. Using these details, we also prevent any transaction-related
fraud.
• Storage: This permission is used for enabling local caching of data
on your device to make your browsing experience faster and
smoother. We do not store any confidential data as part of this
permission.
• Vibrate: This permission is used to alert you to an incoming
notification.
• Geo-Services: This permission is used to notify you that you have
entered a city hotspot and there are various merchant outlets offering
deals in this area.
• Maps: This permission is used to show you the exact location of
merchant outlets on a Google map, it also helps you navigate and
assess the distance from your current location.
• Boot-Complete: In case your phone restarts, we use this permission
to detect if in the meantime you have entered a location hotspot so
that we can trigger a notification informing you of the same along
with deals in the area.
• Network: To connect to the Internet and networks in the proximity
of the User for the App to function.
• Install Shortcut: The shortcut of App is auto created upon
installation by the User.
• Wake Lock for Background Works: In case of multiple
background services, your Device shall require this background works
from time to time.
IOS APP PERMISSIONS REQUIRED TO USE VARIOUS
FEATURES IN OUR APP

respect to its offices and information storage facilities to prevent any
loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of the
user’s personal information under our control.

and private communications in an effort to build users’ trust and
confidence in the internet and application use by providing simple and
secure access to personal information.
Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement
For Achiever Inc. reserves the right to update and/or change the terms
of our privacy policy. If at any point of time ForAchiever Inc. decides
to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a
manner vastly different from that which was stated when this
information was initially collected then the Users at that time shall
have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their
information in this separate manner.

Through the use of this application, you are hereby accepting the
terms and conditions stipulated within the aforementioned Privacy
Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and
conditions, then you should refrain from further use of our
